guys, hold this stock... tremendous catalyst upside.. personally not so bullish like AYAM TUA/ optimus, but...

(i) tiles - new capacity and plant - profit should be RM8m minimal
(ii) construction - few backlog projects about RM150m - RM8m profit minimal
(iii) properties - a few launching and new projects soon
(iv) warisan merdeka - worth RM1.5b , 40% portion seacera , assuming pat margin of 10% = RM20m profit per year
(v) electric fense - cash cow concession, one off contract construction at RM1b, assuming JV 50% - RM500m portion, seacera one off profit could be RM30m, maintenance could be RM5-10m

Add up everything.. profit could well be RM60-80m per year, however they might need to raise fund to do all these projects, so assuming rights issue and share cap double to 300m shares

you still get 50-180% upside from the price current here.. TP RM2
