Thanks for sharing your experience with KKP co. Many old timer are disgusted with how the co was managed or was there any management at all! Pmi n Pmcap both in PN17. The share prices are very low as a result of neglect? Will KKp allow the co to die off? Metrojaya is now 98 per cent controlled by Mui. Likely he may relist Metrojaya to activate Pmi? Possible?

These 2 years we have seen Mui Continental being sold, Sing Long warehouse n Pmi office sold. Will he continue to sell to pare down debts? I don't know. If he continue to sell unproductive assets, I think the co will do well n it will be reflected in the share price.

If no capital repayment, probably share price may drop a few cts but then the money is still in the co.(provided it is not use for other purpose than this chocolate business.). Read M A Wind blog about corporate governance and u will know a lot about what transpired last time. Many are unhappy n M.A Wind had notified SC about the issues involved. Read his blog. U will know more. Why the prices of Mui group is so low? All the bad news is reflected in the low undervalued price. So if I love undervalued shares, I will continue to buy.

Kcchongnz, what u think of Epmb stock? Low volume, making money most quarters. Price about 70cts. Dividend 2cts per year. A similar co, Ingress was privatized this year. Thanks.

This morning a friend called to ask whether can buy Pmcorp shares. I told him the CFO resigned yesterday. Cash in co is19.5cts. Co producing chocolate. U decide yourself. This friend is eyeing this share. I told him if he buy make sure u get your name in the top 30 shareholder!

As i said puncak came down hard will go up harder, too bad for people like icon, i think it should go up to 3.60 next week

10,000 schools. Let say 4,000 tower built in school compound. The present rental rate is 1,500 per month. One year is 18,000 ringgit rental per tower. So 4,000tower x 18,000 equal to 72million. This amount is big saving for ytlpower telco co. Maxis at present is paying about 2k per tower per month n they are working to cut down rentals on tower!
