Google Corus Hotel uk. Got another 8 hotels around England. Premier chain Laurel Ashley many stores in Uk, Europe n most big cities in the world. Profitable, debt free n cash rich. Google and u can read the financial report.

Recently Pmi sold a building for 60 million, Mui sold the insurance co for more than 100 million. Before selling the insurance co, Mui bought a piece of land from the ins co. This land is prime land along Jalan Ampang and it is next to a piece of property Mui owned .Another undervalued asset! Calvin, here you are- another prime asset for you to value n let us know how much it is worth. All above info from bursa announcement n annual report. Mui has more than 10 hotels in England. The one in London must be very valuable. Two caveat, one Mui owing 900 millions n no 2 their neglect of minority shareholders. If they can address both, I think the stock will move in only one direction.

Let us together with captain Calvin keep pestering the management to sell the other assets and concentrate on food business. We can do it by attending the next agm and ask about the penthouse in Singapore. Get them to sell it if not generating return! Ask in details what are the investments and the breakdown of each investment. By probing then only we may know what the real worth of this co.

U have summarise it in such a way that we can easily understand this co. U are a caring shepherd. A sincere one! Nothing to fear. A safe co. Can push the co to sell the other assets. Thanks Calvin for your postings. I think it helps to stabilize the price. If it can get to 20 cts next week, so many are waiting to buy more. Cash is already 18cts per share. Debt very small. Chocolate business improving as you mention-- we will see this q3 result very soon. If revenue increases and profit increases in the chocolate segment and with capital repayment on the way, I will buy again. My wish for the co is divest all unrequired assets and concentrate on the food segment. If only the board of directors have grace and mercy thinking of the minority shareholders always, phew imagine getting yearly dividends and small stock price increases, shareholders will hold long term! Now we can only wait to see q3 result and decide to hold or sell or buy more. Keep posting Calvin and tq.
