one indicator to see whether to buy for next surge is to monitor insider movement, how do you do that? monitor hibiscus-wa, if mother down, warrant holds, meaning insiders are buying warrants back..it makes sense because you get more return% if you buy warrant..last friday actually shows people sell down warrant, as you can see warrant and mother share divergence became greater..now is at 7cents, once if reach 5 or 3, you know is time to BUY
