acquire mascargo will further extend logistic service but hopw is not another 32X offer...

planes are on lease basis, so depend very much on the rental rate from owner. lower freight oil could offer lower rental rate but if it already on contract that sealed with many years, then it will be rather disadvantage for drb.

local end-to-end logistic service provider, market share could be limited. need to expand globally.

having said that, it is only covering between east & west of M'sia.

in fact Pos should now give 100% courier service to Gading in order to have immediate effect.

the acquisition price should slash at least by half for a fair deal.

beside its synergy to drb's business, the whole entire acquisition is the AOC license.
