The company said Mokhzani’s private vehicle Khasera Baru Ltd had disposed of the 384.97m shares. Based on Sapura Energy’s 2017 annual report, Khasera previously held 605m shares representing a 10.1% stake. If they do produce battery for EV then it is good to hold, cause EV is the future transport and EV battery is future fuel.

I was wandering whether EPF action was to prevent Tan Sri Mokhzani from selling his stake at higher price or not.

If this is reason, then EPF shouldn't have any reason to prevent Senergy to move up anymore.

Was this company producing battery for electric vehicle or not?

Every month EPF will randomly dump a few million units then buy back again. Like this how can the stock move upward. From the chart, every time the stock move across 1.6 - 1.7, EPF will pull it down back to 1.4 - 1.5

Like this, are we suppose to play according to EPF. Buy when price range in 1.4 - 1.5 then sell when it reach 1.6 and wait for EPF to pull it back to 1.4 - 1.5 before collect back.

I want to enter Senergy next week, so I am doing research now and also want to know how to play this stock.

However what I don't understand is that the drop on the 02/11/2017 was not done by Tan Sri Mokhzani but initiated by EPF. EPF dispose 11.7m unit then acquire back 40.5m unit on 02/11/2017

Tan Sri Mokhzani dispose of 385m unit is thru open market or off market? I can't find this in Bursa announcement. Only notice of person ceasing. If Tan Sri Mokhzani dispose 385m thru open market in 1 days, I am sure SENERGY already become penny shock.

2 thing I don't really understand.
First, why EPF manipulate SENERGY?
Second, why Bursa never mention how Tan Sri Mokhzani dispose his share. Whether thru open market or off market, how many time dispose? how many unit each time dispose?
Why only report person ceasing.

i was thinking of entering synergy.

i expect next week onward price will be volatile until pp price announce. there will be 2 more tranche to go.

whenever a company announce pp, price of stock will move down to or beliow pp price and pp price become floor price. stock only move up after pp listing announcement out. same like recent sumatec, price cannot move up even crude rise so much and all other upstream o&g up. last friday only announce pp completed, so now no barrier to hold its price moving up.

This USA, they alway try to pull down oil price yet they want to export their oil out to take advantage of Brent crude price.

We must boycott USA products!!!
