Kuala Lumpur, 23 April 2019 – Integrated oil and gas (“O&G”) solutions provider,

Barakah Offshore Petroleum Berhad (“Barakah” or the “Group”), has today announced that it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Vallianz Holdings Limited (“Vallianz”) to form a strategic alliance for both parties’ to explore business opportunities in Malaysia and the Middle East.
