mm wont care much in sw caused they issued in premium around 20 percent and do hedging in underlying , no matter the underlying up or down n caused the sw up n down ,, they dont care much ,,, their job under this rule is to provide buy sell n distribute it out at the same time protect their profit by hedgng through a basket of sw that they issue or by hedging in mother share
