Sklyte, I'm not shooting anyone. I don't shoot anyone becos of jealousy. I don't do that kind of stuff. But I would appreciate it If someone actually explains the conversion mechanism properly and if ayam tua is promoting it so actively, I would expect that he can explain it to all his target audience in a proper way so people understand the risks.

A logical explanation will be very much appreciated. If anyone wants to promote this share you had better explain this conversion rto properly to potential buyers before you promote it any further.

And if this kind of thing happen, won't ranhill just go and target some cheaper company for RTO? Cos their main objective is just to get a shell company for listing in bursa.

I don't really get the idea la. But I assume if prices keep on going up from here. The symphony shareholders will be more at a disadvantage when time comes for RTO become ranhill. Becos probably ranhill won't pay such a steep price for the shares? Does my thoughts make sense?

Ya la. I just scanned thru the rto article sometime ago. I din reli read properly but only thing I remember was that the conversion seems to make you lose money. I was wondering back then why buy shares but when the shares turn from symphony to ranhill shares then can be even cheaper and make you lose money. I wasn't reli sure what I read.
