He's also behind MyKad previously. He is also involved with Datuk Tan in the proposed voluntary withdrawal of Versatile Creative Bhd from Bursa on 22/4/14. Share acquisition by such a prominent figure in the company who is willing to pay RM0.50 for shares gives great reassurance to Iris as a whole. I believe there is certainly many good news for Iris later on.

Good that Datuk Tan Say Jim has been invited to Monte Carlo for the Entrepreneur of the Year event. Shows that Iris is getting good exposure and Datuk is getting recognition for his business and management capabilities. This will certainly be a good platform to showcase Iris.

PDZ at current price really doesnt have any downside. For certain it wont go down much anymore especially after being bought by MARA. Plus the story doesnt just end here. Im sure the MARA stake is just the beginning of the story. Im sure a lot of things are currently being actively planned in the background by other influential figures. The sky really is the limit!

PDZ confirms Pelaburan MARA bought 26.83% stake

KUALA LUMPUR: PDZ Holdings Bhd has confirmed a StarBiz report that Pelaburan MARA Bhd had bought 233.248 million shares.

It said on Friday that Pelaburan Mara had acquired the shares, comprising of a 26.83% stake, from off market transactions and also the open market.

StarBiz reported Pelaburan Mara and the owners of Efogen Sdn Bhd, an oil and gas company, were the likely buyers of a 27% block of shares in PDZ on Thursday.
The report, quoting banking sources, said that the seller of the shares was PDZ's major shareholder Robert Tan Hua Choon and parties linked to him, in line with speculation that Tan was looking to exit the shipping company.
