Dont worry la. Inari will do just fine. Very very solid fundamentals with a lot of potential still not uncovered yet. I have many stocks, some speculative while some fundamentally solid like inari. This is one of the counters which never worry me. Hehe, cannot everyday play speculative stocks also.

Fulltime, i'm not young lo. But doesnt mean all elderly person should think like you. Sigh..alright la. I guess you are just the conservative type of investor. Nothing wrong with that. But as a fellow forumer, one advice to you....cronyism rules the day in Bursa. No PE can ever beat that.
2014-04-24 23:52 | Report Abuse
Fulltime, i was logical in my thinking before. But in Malaysia, stock market doesnt just work based on PE. Have you ever really even played the stock market before? In malaysia it is abt connections, cronyism, sharks, insider info. Logic and calculations and ratios sometimes cant make sense of the prices. Why do you think certain shares can jump up so high based on news of some potential figure or govt fund involvement etc. This market is not logical. And so is Dsonic. One thing is for sure, dsonic is govt's pet. As much as i dont like cronyism, in stock market thats how things are played. Cronyism means amazing returns. And it is always correct. Just make sure timing is right.

Fulltime, what is your intention to comment here? You may think that your intentions are very good and sincere but people dont just come into dsonic forum to simply comment. Due to its speculative nature, even those who supposedly think they are "good" intentioned would have their own agenda. Like hoping for price to go down so they can buy cheap and join the ride. Or are you like optimus who likes to give negative comments but at same time like to think highly of himself. Dont be someone like him. Low or high price is subjective. Like u said rm2.50. So what if it drops to that level? Even if u collect it at 2.50, you would love for it to go all the way to 3.40 too. Why cant it be that it is just realising its huge potential and finally reached current prices? It was 2.50 before. Why does it have to go down again just to proof ur high PE idea? Cant it just stay stable at this price?

PDZ boleh!!!! Like I predicted before short term TP rm0.18. Considering the fact that the shares were transferred at that price, this strengthens the fact that RM 0.18 would be the next achievable price. Then the sky would be the limit. Waiting for more positive news to come.

Fortunebullz, you change your tune too fast la. You were continually mentioning abt bearish prospects abt inari and then suddenly when this uptrend happens you start to give leeway and benefit of doubt for inari to go up. This is a persistent trend I see in you which I don't really bother abt since I don't reli bother what people say. But I think normal ppl will say you r contradicting yourself. You change your mind too easily once share seems bullish. Not that I can say 100% for sure if inari will continue going up tomorrow. But up or down I don't reli bother cause I'm holding long term. But technicals wise, inari should be on an uptrend.

KK TIMES SQUARE IMAGO MALL INKS KEY INTERNATIONAL BRAND NAMES
posted on Mar 19, 2014
Residents and tourists in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah will soon be spoilt for choice with well-known international and local labels added to IMAGO Mall, a lifestyle luxury mall in East Malaysia. Scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2014, this world-class shopping destination offers international fashion labels such as Burtons, Kate Spade, Michael Kors, Swarovski, Topman/Topshop, Tumi and Victoria’s Secret with some making their very first appearances in the neighbourhood.
The mall has over 300 retail outlets across a net leasable area of approximately 800,000 square feet. Developed by Syarikat Kapasi Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Asian Pac Holdings Bhd (“Asian Pac” or “Company”), IMAGO Mall is expected to change the Kota Kinabalu city skyline with its recently signed prestigious fashion and lifestyle companies, namely Aeon Fantasy, Bonia Group, DNP Clothing, MBO, Padini Group, Parkson, Swarovski and Valiram Group.
On a mission to create a more wholesome shopping experience, the Group Managing Director of Asian Pac, Dato’ Mustapha bin Buang revealed to the press that it is an honour to have both international and local fashion brands signing on and putting their trust in the company.
“We are indeed excited with the signing on of our new partners as it marks a major milestone in realising our vision for KK Times Square. When we first conceptualised IMAGO Mall, we focused on creating an urban hub to add vibrancy and enhance the value of the surrounding areas. Our goal was simple – maximise opportunities for shoppers to enjoy an exciting yet therapeutic retail experience, right here in Kota Kinabalu. This is now becoming a reality,” said Dato’ Mustapha.
With this mission in mind, visitors to the mall will now be able to find several other popular fashion, F&B and lifestyle brands including CYC Mega Leisure, DC Super Comics, Etude, Kitschen, SenQ, Starbucks, Sticky and more, all under one roof within their neighbourhood.
“IMAGO Mall is truly the crowning jewel of KK Times Square. Located at one of the most sought-after pieces of prime retail real estate, it will be the first non-strata fully leased shopping mall in Kota Kinabalu and also professionally managed. This in turn allows us to have complete control over the tenancy mix, facilities and amenities of the mall. It is essentially part of our strategy to diversify into more recurring income as it will provide us with better earnings growth. With expected rental yields of five per cent per year, IMAGO Mall is expected to contribute 25% of overall revenue by year 2016. We believe that we are close to achieving our targets as more than 65 per cent of IMAGO Mall has been leased out,” explained Mr. Raymond Yu, Group Chief Executive Officer of Asian Pac.
To further complement the existing areas surrounding the development, IMAGO Mall will also have its very own dining boulevard, ranging from restaurants and cafés to alfresco street walk areas, giving its customers unobstructed views of the South China Sea and the Sutera Harbour Golf Course. Going the extra mile to ensure connectivity and accessibility, Asian Pac has also built a bridge that links the mall directly to the city centre.
The development of IMAGO Mall fits into Sabah’s overall economic outlook as it continues to remain on track, especially in the last two years. In the retail sector, among the features that are most sought after include easily accessible locations, design, layout, mall management and even tenant retention. Cognisant on this, Asian Pac’s KK Times Square development has been designed to fulfil this criterion, thus giving Kota Kinabalu its very own lifestyle hotspot while delivering a brand new world-class experience to Sabahans and tourists.
With the proliferation of local and foreign companies opening in the state, Sabah’s real estate has also experienced heighten activity, growing 10 to 13 per cent every year with more Malaysians and foreigners moving there. As such, Asian Pac believes that their integrated development at KK Times Square will experience further growth, especially with the introduction of the latest phase of The Loft and IMAGO Mall.

Long white candle stick today engulfing about 2 weeks worth of downtrending candlesticks. Very good recovery by INARI. Candlesticks going to breach upper boundary of Bollinger band. Huge hike today accompanied by huge burst of volume. RSI has humongous room for uptrend since it has been oversold so much for past few weeks. Technically very huge potential for bull run.

Trading ideas: SP Setia, Sime Darby, Airasia, PDZ, Seacera
KUALA LUMPUR: JF Apex Research expects SP Setia, Sime Darby, AirAsia, PDZ and Seacera to see some trading interest on Wednesday.
It said SP Setia and Sime Darby are seeking RM11bil from local and overseas banks to fund its London project.
As for AirAsia, the Directorate of General of Civil Aviation in India is expected to clear the group’s operating permit this week.
JF Apex Research said PDZ confirmed that its largest shareholder, low-profile tycoon Tan Sri Tan Hua Choon, is holding talks with some parties to divest his shareholdings in the loss-making container shipping firm.
As for Seacera, the group won a RM151.98mil contract from Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd to develop Malaysia Airports Academy and other associated works at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport.
Overnight on Wall Street, US stocks rose, with the S&P 500 extending its longest winning run of the year, as investors considered earnings from companies including McDonald's and Netflix along with a roughly US$45bil offer for Allergan.
European shares closed higher with merger and acquisition activity starting a shortened trading week on a positive note.
“On the local exchange, the FBM KLCI rose 3.49 points to 1,866.42. Following the optimism in global markets, we expect the KLCI to test its immediate resistance of 1,870 before the all-time intraday high of 1,882,” it said.

RM27 million worth of shares changed hands at rm0.18. Should be a big player walloping the shares. Also good to know that the price bought is rm0.18. Looks like a safety net to go in now. The shares amount to abt 17% of the shares of the company. Should be a big announcement soon. Need a bit of guts but come to think of it. Do u think the price will stay at 15-16 cents forever? Once news comes out I believe it will skyrocket.
