No la stockoperator, Im just providing a positive support to Dsonic shareholders. I believe currents prices are fair compared to RM4.80 levels previously. Anyway stockoperator, one of the reasons why people lose money is also because of the negative commenters. Believe me, negative commenters can do much more harm. Anyway I advocate long term holding, I dont ask people to trade. I sincerely believe at current prices, long term holders sure can gain a lot. Thats why I advise people to not be so easily influenced by all the negative commenters.

Further upside coming soon. Positive news is streaming out every now and then. I agree that the price wasnt much affected but nonetheless, there will be a point when the positive news will all accummulate and its effects will be fully unleashed. Iris will perform like a superstar later on.

Like I said, nothing beats cronyism in Malaysia. Govt supports Dsonic. Govt loves Dsonic. After the award of the IC contract, that is so very obvious already. No negative comments can ever argue with that.

Every company also has possibility of limit up or limit down. Its just that such an extraordinary counter like Dsonic has higher chances of either that happening. Thats why people always like to comment on what Dsonic's progress is. Anyway Dsonic shareholders you all dont be too easily swayed by negative comments everyday. To hold a stock is to believe in the company. I'm sure a lot of you believe in this company's fundamentals. The 2 years solid IC contract with strong possibilities of extension of contract (which I strongly believe will happen in future) and also strong govt support (this one is the most important factor). To dsonic shareholders, just stay strong and hold tight. Dsonic is a company with govt support. It is very much stable. Don't worry. There will always be people who come here to provoke you and give negative comments but don't think too much into it. Stay invested. Don't worry.

Don't ask ques such as limit down. Of course who in the right mind would like limit down? That's a stupid question. We hold a stock not thinking that it will limit down. Must have confidence in ur own stocks. Of cos if I know it will limit down then I will not buy. But like I said, no one will think badly of stocks they bought. Anyway IC project is in dsonic's hands. That statement itself is a reassurance of dsonic's future.

Pelaburan Mara emerges in PDZ?

PETALING JAYA: Pelaburan Mara Bhd and the owners of Efogen Sdn Bhd, an oil and gas company, are the likely buyers of a 27% block of shares in PDZ Holdings Bhd that was transacted in several off-market trades.

Banking sources said that the seller of the shares was PDZ’s major shareholder Robert Tan Hua Choon and parties linked to him, in line with speculation that Tan was looking to exit the shipping company.

A total of 235.5 million shares, or 27.09% of the company’s paid-up capital, were traded at 18 sen apiece, stock market data showed.

Pelaburan Mara is the investment and asset management arm of Majlis Amanah Rakyat (Mara) and has about RM700mil worth of assets under its management. It expects the value of its assets under management to expand to RM1.5bil by the second quarter of this year.

Earlier reports stated that PDZ was once in discussion to acquire Efogen, which provides integrated upstream O&G services and solutions, as a way to diversify the former’s business.

Among Efogen’s shareholders are its chief executive officer Johany Jaafar and Tan Sri Abdul Rashid Abdul Manaf, who is currently chairman of Eco World Development Group Bhd.

Efogen is a small player in the offshore support vessel (OSV) sector, with clients such as Petroliam Nasional Bhd (Petronas) HESS, Exxon Mobil and Petrofac.

On Tuesday, PDZ confirmed that Tan was holding talks with some parties with the view of divesting his shareholding in the company, which amounts to a 19.13% stake.

Shares in PDZ have been hogging the top volume list in recent days, finishing yesterday down half a sen to 16 sen.

In February, the firm said it was in talks with potential parties to expand its core business. Consequently, it was reported that it would acquire Efogen but that plan fell through.

PDZ is still reeling from the shipping industry’s downturn since the financial crisis of 2008.
