该集团致函马交所说，至于营业额则由前期的8750万令吉上升至1亿3520万令吉。

营业额增加，主要是拜巴生谷和怡保的产业销售和施工进度所赐。

展望未来，MK置地的策略性地点项目，尤其是坐落在巴生谷和怡保一带的弹性房地产市场，加上获得政府政策协助下，预计这些都是增长的关键驱动因素。

除非出现不可预测的情况，否则董事局预计在截至6月30日止的财政年度，将会取得较佳的财务表现。
