Wah.......CCH is an economist who also studied behavioral sciences, so high qualification......and yet, simply called others sifu......I should call you the sifu of sifu instead.
I studied nothing....only learnt how to make money/create wealth the old grandfather's way........that's why I buy all the ah pek stock......hahaha.

Some self claimed/so called expert ALSO made SELL CALL when this stock was trading at 2.13-2.15 less than 6 months ago.......:))

Gorgeous....if you are looking for a quite safe and quite attractive returns.....can buy PRKCORP....it will be taken over thru SCR at 3.90......potential return of about 7-8% in 3-5 months.
And if the price is revised, then its bonus on top of 7-8%.
The risk is if the proposal is rejected at EGM, which I don't think it will be.
Its NTA is RM5.19 and that also based on landbank which has not been revalued.

On the market.....at current level......it's so difficult to find value and I think you are right.....this may be one of the reasons that KSL is doing well....because it is still undervalued and it has caught the attention of fund/investor.
I have been selling since last year after GE...and now KSL and PRKCORP made up 80% of my portfolio...and I still hold some Puncak(used to be my top 3 stock, sold almost all recently), WINGTM, HEVEA and SUIWAH.
I seldom buy now cos I don't find value......I'm the value investing type....very cautious (kia see) type.....hahaha.
So if you are looking for excitement....may be can buy what our big bro recommended....eforce.
If you are looking for something valuable.....I have one strong recommendation...........invest in stkoay..........hahaha.

This sporadic buying by the big boys are to entice those watching to trade.....let say if are long term and you try to trade and managed to sell just now at 6.70....what do you do now....buy back or wait for lower price/more profit?
If you waited.....may be it will soon trade above what you sold......and you missed the chance to buy back......I experienced that myself before.
So, even you know its sporadic and might go back down....not advisable to trade.
