Today, the overall market is positive so the big boys are reluctant to move.....not wanting to add fuel to the positive sentiment......they are just accumulating and they want cheap.
At this price, if it can remain quiet is also a good sign......meaning holders are not eager to sell.......when the buyers are not chasing.

One hot stock I noticed today is Hevea......but this stock normally retreats one step after moving two steps forward........sometimes the trading range is quite wide.......good for those looking for some trading opportunities.......:))

followme, don't misleading people here, under malaysian security rules, land use for housing development CANNOT be revalue. however, undervalue land can increase the profit margin when they sell the completed housing properties or they can get huge profit when they sell the land. only properties investment can revalue. please comment something that is true.

RHB gave buy call to Fiamma......for its undervalued land and the stock fly..........
Wonder what will happen if another reputable IB gives a buy call for this Darling?

Today our KSL is not as volatile as on Monday....when at this hour was pushed down......I'm hoping for more selling pressure....so can attracts those waiting at the sideline to bargain hunt....I'm also looking to tambah sedikit.
The lack of selling pressure will only prolong its consolidation process.

chinchiaho, spidee is not only a young lass.....she is also well mannered, rich and very smart. Esp. she knows how to invest in KSL, unlike some newbies who follow some promoter blindly and like to speculate on penny/speculative stocks......and end up getting burnt.
But our spidee is making a lot from her investment in KSL.
This kind of "rare species" is so difficult to find nowadays.
The sad thing is, she has yet to accept my proposal for a date.......hahaha:))
