If you are looking for a investment with a yield of 6-7%, with current price you are paying, you are getting all the other assets for FREE!!!
The only negative about this stock is that the major shareholders are very low profile and it seems that they are more concern about creating value than the price of the stock.
Quiet true that this stock suits long term investor - Warren Buffer's style.
I have been holding this stock for many years, still remember when it was trading at <60 sen in 2008, when the fundamental was not as good as now and no recurring income. If you have bought then, it gives a return of >250% at current price.
Take a look at their 30 largest shareholders, they comprise mostly major investment fund.

Hope you are right about interest rate and the direction of the economy and the market........unless some unforeseen event surfaced....stock is always the best investment option.
Market normally reacts to unexpected event, and on issue that is known, normally that's already been factored in.
To be on the safe side, do not over leveraged and better still if can always allocate a certain percentage of cash as part of your portfolio....that's what I normally do......
But it's up to individual risk profile.......

I think Kenanga TP is fair.....that is current year PE of about 9-10 times......but if it outperformed, I'm not surprise if it will trade higher than that......again that will also have to depend on overall market sentiment.
