the report doesnt cause directly to the limit down. it is the management admitted that they are going to lose a big client that causing the limit down.

managing a theatre is very costly. the owner must ensure the hall to be occupied most of the time. they need to make sure there are events planned and confirmed at least 1 year ahead. then they can publish the yearly calendar for ticket sales. all these can't be done overnight. the theatre need to build up their reputation so that they can attract reputable performers to come and use their venue. without reputable and well known performers they can't attract audience to come.

first few years of running theatre mostly is in loss except they are engaged with well known artists/performers which can attract high traffic of audience.
