Coming QR is irrelevant. It is the future that Jaks holds. Both the power plant in full swing now which will translate to swing in share price. A long wait but worth it!!

1st power plant COD was on 24.11.2020. The qtr 31.12.2020 result would show minimal contribution from power plants?? Perhaps Qtr 30.6.2021 is a better indicator.

Those invested in Jaks know we are now in the home run. The COD is due in a week or two, and all you need to do is to see it either fly, move or crawl. It does not matter how fast it move but you bet it will move up. The party has just begun.

Finally completed 336 trial run. unit 2 should get COD by month end. Its going to be blue sky, sunshine for JAKS from now. The only direction for Jaks now is North !!! yay yay !!

Why sell now when the COD is around the corner !! It is like a girl going for abortion after 8 months of pregnant. Probably a bad analogy but the fact is one should be buying not selling now.

We all need to be convinced before putting our money in JAKS.

I think the only way to do it is to read all DK's articles on Jaks from the start. I like to hear which article you do not agree. For me,the most important event happened in late Nov 2020, i.e. the COD. The second plant is expected to commence operations probably feb/march 2021. With the two plants up and running, we just need to wait for the QTR 30.6.2021 result to see the truth. The qtr result should incorporate both plants revenue, I believe. You can wait until august 2021 to buy Jaks when the qtr result is out to be sure. However I think the price would have gone up north by then. Time will tell. The choice is always yours.

Really, I thought it is prabably the most undervalued counters in Bursa today. It won't be too long ,just 6 months and we shall see the price shoot like rocket. Today is 67.5 sen, in June 2021, my bet is RM1.50. Time will tell.

Readers should note that the article was written by DK in May 2020, i.e. before the rights issues. Therefore the EPS should be adjusted downward according.

yes, JAKS "hidden value" is enormous. Assigning a PE of 10 or 15 to value Jaks, may be too primitive. The one and only reason I am in Jaks is the 25 years of guaranteed free cash flow.

I think DK is pretty clear with his valuation and assumptions.It is up to readers to make up their mind.If not for DK, no one would write anything about the power plant project here. I for one would not have invested in Jaks and missed the opportunity.Even if his figures is way off, I would not blame him as the assumptions are there for you to think and decide.

Many people buy Jaks, me included, bcos of DK66 and OTB articles. We are only concerned with the power plant project which has yet to start operations. Giving the malaysian operations a zero value also convinced me to buy Jaks.
Our focus is the profits in 2021 and OTB is keeping until June 2021 so he said.
Many investors do not expect the coming qtr result to be good. These are short term noises which is expected.
Take a look at Lctitan, the share price shoot up despite the qtr losses. In fact it went up bcos of the smaller than expected larger losses.
Similarly Jaks could also go up when the coming qtr result is announced.

Nevertheless I still thank DK66 and OTB for their articles on Jaks as I am looking at the performance of counter in 2021. Hopefully I can double my money in 12 months time.

I have reservation of my source, thats is why I need to check around. tq

I do not agree that if one were to buy at current price of say 76 sen and keep for a year, one can rest assure of 100% return. Should be less than half a year unless Covid19 takes much long than expected to subside.
