@justreleklah From economic point of view, high profit is usually unsustainable in the long run due to increasing competitions (more competitors joining the market). All else equal.

Moral of the story (Rule of thumb):

1. Never buy high sell low (for whatever reason).
2. Never put your eggs in one basket (Diversification).
3. Never try to catch the falling knives.
4. Learn to cut loss and take profit at some point (Exit)
5. Fundamental analysis is only a guideline (It Can be manipulated, always)

I made good friends who hold CFA/CPA but still lose big in stock market with their own money because many of them failed to see bigger picture in valuation such as market sentiments and opportunities.
