This year alone US has injected trillions of dollars for QE (Quantitative Easing). Strength of US dollar is weakening. US treasury bond is in negative yields. US Dollar the world's reserve currency can be printed infinitely until become devalued while gold is scarce, it is not easy to mine. Estimated total value of total gold value in the whole world (through thousands of years of digging) stands at 10 trillion dollars while the US Fed can pump trillion dollars in a heartbeat.
