It went up too fast! Now the contra and ikan bilis are making their little profit. I am am an ikan bills but not selling. If the profit isn't as great as the main people on this channel are saying then it will go south. time to pick up more. Bat has great dividend, wonderful for a lazy investor!!!!!

@freeze789, I think you misread the CIMB report. Their target price WAS 18.23. Their new target price Dated April 16 is now 15.40. Dividend this year to be .98 cents. Everything depends on vape!

Have a look at the warrants. They MAY be a guide. We will find out what the future holds when the next quarter is announced and the quarterly dividend is declared. The regular div is one of the attractive aspects of BAT.

@PotaToes. You have to look at Bat-C2. It's maturity date is 31/03/21. Conversion price is 10.00. conversion ratio is 10:1. Current price is .26. Therefore CIMB doesn't want the share price to go above 12.60 till maturity otherwise it will have to pay out to the holders.

Looking at the next two warrants this is going to carry on until the end of August. That will imply two dividends which is fine by me as each payment will enable me to buy a few more. Even at this level its a good div play.

I agree with JJchan that the banker is defending its call warrant. After march it should really move up and when the May results are published and shown to be positive it may well be on a very positive trajectory.

I can understand if Genting Singapore Buys one of the ships for its own operation and perhaps GenM for the operations here. This will enable them to offer a complete package and extract as much money as possible from their clients. This will enable the Lim family to have less pressure.
