There are many ways to value a stock and quite often different method yield slightly different value.

A proper way to value glove stock is to separate into three phases, supernormal profit(now to mid next year), normal profit level, terminal value etc.

All analysts have made a common error not to include supernormal profit level and fast forward to FY21/22 (and apply a low PE)

For example, supernormal profit level (20b) + normal profit level (say 5b x 20 times PE)= 120b.

Lying is actually legal. But breaking a promise could be illegal.

Morpheus61, to prosecute against analyst or IB in that aspect is difficult. One thing is their report is issued to their own clients and not to the public.

However, prosecute investment bank for share heist is possible, despite chances are low. They issue warrant, may buy mother share aggressively to lure investors to buy warrants, and sells aggressively closer to expiry dates to reduce payout. Such practise is illegal.

Staedy, now topglove and supermax will rise for 2 to 3 weeks, pick a point to sell. Or else wait for another 2-3 years, collect dividend.

The warrants will expire on 31/12/20. The settlement price is determined by weighted average of 5 prior trading days. I.e 30/12, 29/12, 28/12, 24/12 and 23/12. For example, today’s weighted average for supermax is 6.1323.

The warrants expiry date, settlement price calculation, stop trading day/suspension date etc all stated clearly in the profile/fact sheet.

The good news is, the pressing is over for the moment. End of next month, they will press it again.

I raise 2 key questions.

1. mRNA technology instruct antibody production. Could antibody cure already infected patients? Theoretically it must be able to. If we human as a race discover that it does (cure patients) in 2-3 weeks time, then glove story is actually ended.
By the way, Moderna founding vision is to replace drug using mRNA tech.

2. During vaccination, the team use 1 glove, 2 gloves, or 3 gloves to administer inoculation per person? Or it is like China where they use 1 glove per thousand?

Haricut, I would think the real shaker comes from "vaccine=cure". (mRNA produces antibody which can instantly cure the COVID patient). I haven't seen anybody talks about this but I guess people will realise that in a few weeks.
