EPS一年五到六分，淨利百份之十幾（算很高了），但看起來sssg在下降。

比如跟BJFOOD比，sssg比DIY高，還是正成長。每年增百份之十的分店。淨利稍為高一點。看起來就便宜和安全許多了。

其實，有一個很大的誤區（可能管理者書讀得不好）。你做品牌，是希望靠你的信譽和品質賣得更貴，但像DIY和亞航這樣，他們的品牌卻是負價值的，必須賣便宜。

DIY跟傳統五金店比，要開冷氣，請多幾個人分工，不見得有競爭優勢。我覺得，應該不要主打便宜，應該主打專業知識，新穎產品，更高品質（卻一樣價錢）。（比如說一個好的修枝剪刀五金店賣三十塊，DIY賣十八塊九。其實，賣二十七塊也可以，只要員工比較有禮和受過基本訓練就可以了。再搞個免費測試，extend money back guarantee，才是（叻）做生意嘛。

我覺得公司的管理沒有進步，是個很大的問題。

很多產品賣不了就要淘汰，很多產品賣得慢就要減少庫存，18000樣產品大部份都是沒有用的。

其實各類家居產品日新月異，作為行業龍頭，應該多多推介新產品，這樣才能保持生命力。

比如說防草布，比較（新型的float valve），滴灌產品，彎的剪刀，嫁接剪刀等等等。

一些銷量少的產品可以通過中央系統購買，比如說用電池的剪草機，用電池的剪刀等等。

個人覺得，亞航的問題在於經營者並不是很會賺錢的，但抄股還是很能幹的。怎麼說呢？要賺錢是每天每時每刻都要算過量過，要買多少飛機，要開什麼航線.....而且能賺錢的時候要盡量去賺，不能賺的時候要努力減損。

我覺得亞航管理層這條線定得太高，就是對事物總是太樂觀，結果什麼都是買得太多，機票賣得少了一點點，結果盈利永遠上不來。

記得有一回亞航賺了大錢，以為可以分一點給股東，結果卻給了（五個月）花紅給空姐，害股東一場空。

其實經營者要在無意間製造一點點稀缺，而不是有意的製造一點點過剩，才能夠賺到錢。而這也才是理智的商業行為。

在所有航空公司都是理智的情況下，市場卻有不以盈利為目標的航空公司，結果就是大家都賺不了錢。

以前看亞航的賬，機票平均售價只要提高二十塊錢，股東就開心了。但為什麼總是要便宜那麼二十塊，令股東不開心呢？

當然，亞航是否痛定思痛，已經改變了就不得而知。

據一些還有訂單的廠商說，歐美客戶讓他們做好準備，一年後完全沒單了。

（有些人就是「身為韭菜的命，卻還擁有鎌刀的心。」真是可笑啊！）

（你看著他們很可憐，一些買股票老輸錢，卻還指天罵地的說世道不公，說管理者欺騙他們。但其實他們的人品與才學不配，怎麼可能賺到錢呢？）

3. The government should do medical, education, utilities only, with some contingencies for the weak and poor.

4. Buy a few bigger ships to guard our sea.

I mean, you wouldn't have corruption problem if you stop doing those project project thing. Just focus on a few main subjects will free us from corruption forever.

But, you know why they keep all those useless agencies/GLCs. Same idea behind, always.

China's national debts is at least 300% of GDP. US is about 100%. Malaysia is said to be 65%.

However, Malaysia got GLC etc, so +50% roughly.

US is 100% debt to GDP. BUT US has no 1mdb like entity.

China government debt is 300%, but they have so many SOEs. Many SOEs has beginning to default their loan (in USD of course).
