If sell a product at 3000
Fixed cos n variable cos is 1000
Profit is 2000
If still sell at 3000
Now fixed n variable cos increase to 2000
Profit now 1000

Easy...
Labour cos fuel cos fertilizer cos increase eats into utdplnt profits...
