I sold it, @kris is correct, as my dad is still holding ytl cement share, every year got dividend as usual...but wanna sell it is a real problem, as it is not public listed, but my dad dun bother, he is retired, so no keen make money, just take the dividend and makan...

If not mistaken, u can sell not public listed company, but is really troublesome, u nid to engaged a licensed secretary and get in touch vf ytl cement management said u gonna sell it to a buyer on agreed price on willing to sell willing to buy basis...one word - headache

Ytl cement after delisted, still provide dividend as usual...for ytl land, i suspect will get ntg, as francis sure will hanky panky transfer all land internally...

After delisted, will only get very simple annual report, u wont get much info compare vf listed status.

If im not mistaken, NTA of bjc on 3 years ago is RM1.8, but now the NTA is RM1.28,a drop of almost 29%, or almost 10% per annum.

So NTA is just a reference, eventually is about profit...if VT really wanna revive bjc, a mega restructuring is unavoidable, oversea project like vietnam, china or s.korea, really a mess...
