Daya owns 1.74% of Reach Energy (SPAC). The latter will be listed this Friday, Aug 15. Daya is 34sen+ and Reach IPO is 75sen though Daya bought Reach shares at 45sen a pop. Do your own math...

Since everybody in Malaysia is so engrossed in oil & gas, i.e., any worthless attribute as long as it is O&G, the share will go north, I am not surprised the same might happen to Glotec tomorrow. Buy 22,200 shares (~rm1k)...if hangus, hangus lah. Consider it sunk cost. If the white knight really can do miracle, then yes lah, a big fortune in the future.

dannyng_88, I knew NuEnergy sometimes last year during my research of Australian companies to acquire (not for me maa, but for my T.S.). So, it wasn't a glance. Australia is not like Malaysia maa, all accounting, reporting, must all be true one...can't tipu tipu. Besides, I wouldn't really want to touch any unconventional player as yet. CBM is not good coz the methane can seep up and contaminate water table baa.

@ sotso1986 it is not in coal business, it is CMB (coal bed methane)...no doubt it is a good goreng counter ;)
