Even if what you claimed was true, ISIS got hold of a few wells (or fields), it is impossible for them to sell the crude oil. No buyers will ever buy from them. They just can't! The crude oil buying/selling mechanism is well established and no way those idiots (who have been beheading people and committing suicide) can sell any single barrel of the crude oil.

With the off-market trade, his stake is increased to 75%. In order words, he's got 59% stake (more than 230mil shares) he must have bought/owned at maybe 15-20sen. His average is still much less than even 30sen, perhaps. These people are big, they can higher spin doctor to move the price up or down as they wish, all :)
