The target price given by HL Investment Bank is 5.55
The average PER of FBMKLCI component stock is 15

The average PER of FBMKLCI component stock is equal to 15.
If I take PER=15, the target price is 6.30.

Looking at the latest results of MPI and HLI, I believe semiconductor industry is turning around and start to rebound strongly. It is a good news to KGB.
Semiconductor industry will grow 12% in 2024 and 24% in 2025 respectively, this will augur well for the growth prospect of KGB.

I presented my facts and figures on the performance of KLSE against others SEA stock markets, we are very surprised that KLSE is one of the worst performers in the last 30 years.

The Bursa chairman presented his facts showing that the FDs in the local banks were the highest in 2011/2.
It means the local investors preferred to put the money in the FD instead of investing the money in KLSE.
The local investors have no confidence on our KLSE, this is the main reason that KLSE perform so badly in the last 30 years.

I believe the PAT will increase from 100 million in FY 2023 to 120 million in FY 2024.
There is a growth of 20% in PAT for FY 2024.

PAT will increase to 120 million for FY 2024 due to the following reasons :-

1.) The current outstanding order book = 1.5 billion.
2.) Higher margin of Ultra-high purity (UHP) gas system makes up 68% of its current outstanding order book of 1.5 billion compared against 59% as reported in Q3 2023. There is an increase of 9% margin in FY 2024.
3.) Its LCO2 Plant 2 with a capacity of 70k tonnes/year or 1.4x of Plant 1, has been completed and commissioned in FY 2024.
4.) The semiconductor industry will grow 12% in 2024 and 24% in 2025 respectively. KGB will benefit a lot from these high growth periods to increase the earnings of KGB.

I still hold some Yinson-WA in my portfolio because I like the fundamentals of this stock.
I keep this stock on a longer term basis.
Yinson has a total order book > USD 20 billion, this confirmed order will last until 2048.
I cannot find any stock listed in KLSE has such huge order book of > USD 20 billion.
I believe Yinson will make a PAT of > 1 billion from FY 2024 onward.
Maybank IB gives a target price of 5.05.
