I am better in investing in stocks than most of you here, but i cannot forecast correctly where the bottom is, so don't ask anyone where the bottom is. Nobody can answer it correctly.

However, the only direct link between the company and the Bandar Malaysia land is that the alignment of the third phase of the Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (DUKE 3) interconnects with the land. It will also utilise Bandar Malaysia land for the alignment.

That said, there is virtually no risk to DUKE 3 from the Bandar Malaysia fallout. Even if TRX City, wholly-owned by Ministry of Finance Inc, finds another partner, the alignment is already fixed to Bandar Malaysia. The only missing piece of the puzzle will be the commercial terms of the highway for utilising the land.

However, both parties should have little trouble inking a deal as the alignment favours both the development and Ekovest.

Without the stigma of the recent failed deal, an Ekvoest rebound would give a modest upside of around 15%.

Chai, who is managing director of Main Market-listed Anzo, expects Harvest Court to receive the letter of award for the RM1.2 billion contract by July or August.

Harvest Court will partner MCC Overseas (M) Sdn Bhd, a Malaysian subsidiary of China and Hong Kong-listed Metallurgical Corp of China Ltd, to develop the entire Paragon @ KL Northgate project. The funding will come from MCC.

Chai said Anzo and MCC were formalising a joint-venture agreement on the project which would take about six years to be fully developed.

there is a condition for what you call par value reduction. If the condition is not satisfied, par value reduction will not happen.

You should understand the reason why the company set RM 0.2 to be the predetermined price for right issues when the stock price is far above 0.2. The company thought RM 0.2 is attractive to most investors when right issues are exercised. Now.the stock price is not far from RM 0.2, and the stock price does not seem to be attractive enough.

Prolexus investors are logical, but Anzo investors do not have brains.

At the current price not many people will buy the stock at the determined price of RM 0.2, so I think right issues will not be functional. The stock price have to move back to at least RM 0.24 - 0.26.

If the stock price fall below RM 0.2, it's very ridiculous. Due to distribution of stocks costing RM 0.2, not a bad QR released this month, the stock price fell.

Regarding right issues, a company determine a price for distribution, but the price will be the one every investor sees attractive. Otherwise, very few people will buy the stock at the determined price,so right issues will be useless.

I buy 1.5 million share price 0.20 , sold all 0.55-0.60 ,

It's a defective method. That's why most investors including analysts not good at trading stocks.

I don't use your method to estimate a stock price.(0.24 =12 *0.02)
It was calculated based on the past numbers. Future growth prospects cannot be priced in.
Furthermore, I 'm interested in price fluctuation, but that does not tell anything about price fluctuation


I use relative valuation, which was developed by me.

From 25 Feb to 27 March, the stock consolidated from RM 0.25 to RM 0.55. (The QR was released on 24 Feb.) The sentiments on the stock and the construction sector are better now than they used to be 3 months ago.

Right issues have been already fully priced in, but the latest good QR has not been priced in yet.
