Current price low PE indicate a sialang signal

I believe that Fajar and Gamuda will recover unlike GKent due to the following reasons:
1. Drop was due to perceived MCA links but as can be seen on the price pre election, price does not reflect a strong correlation to MCA.
2. Fajar has equipment that very few other construction company in Malaysia has.
3. Fajarbaru is diversified and not solely dependent on its construction business.
4. The open tender system under PH now gives Fajarbaru a better chance of securing new projects as some of these are being reviewed again.
5. TDM during his 22 years has been champion of infrastructure projects.. Petronas.. etc

Economy will be good under TDM.

I hesitate to call Hengyuan a "good respectable company" though. A good respectable company should not reward it's shareholders with puny 2 sen dividend.
