Joanne, there's very limited coverage on this stock.
I do think there's good potential with their LOKATOO and LOKATAG, especially with their cooperation with TM. Have to dig through quarter reports and annual reports to find anything.

We shall see whether this management is able to make good use of what they have.

At any rate, the price now is really attractive, even for a trade, if not interested in investing.

At the very least I think it is a positive start for a Q1. Once the new production lines comes on I think we can start seeing more improvements.

Joanne, I would say the results are quite good. Not amazing, but quite good, considering seasonally Q1 has always been weak. Worth watching next few qtrs whether got improvement or not.

As per what Dato Tho mentioned previously, they are able to pass on the increased cost of materials and freight charges to their customers. You can see the profit margin maintained more or less the same.

Dato Tho did mention that they are looking into it. Personally I think if they know how to use the cash better, it would be better for them to use it to continue growing.

Anyone has any questions would like to ask Dato Tho of Dnonce? this Thursday we will be having a session with him. Investors of the company should tune in to decide if it's worth holding on longer, adding more, or moving to greener pastures.

Azshah you raise interesting points but I think you misunderstand that PEB is "buying over" renikola
In actuality, renikola is taking over PEB, pumping their assets into the company and also taking over the management.

For sure the current shareholders of PEB will get diluted, considering that PEB is only a 115mil market cap company with ~70mil NOSH. That being said, how much could renikola be worth by independent assessors, and how much could they be worth by the market? This is the "speculative" part of this investment which is the "high risk" section.

Note that Lim Beng Guan, a director at renikola, was assigned as director of PEB. I think it's quite sure that this deal will go through, just what the terms are, and whether the shareholders will be rewarded by this corporate exercise.

I'm personally interested in it and have taken up a stake. Renikola is a pioneer in what they're doing, and it would be worth seeing how things unfold from here.

But do not get me wrong, at this stage this is very highly speculative on whether you will be rewarded, and how much you might be rewarded for.

Investment is all about risks and rewards after all :)

Management should not be bothered about their share price, but their business profits.

If a company's management keeps focusing about their share price, that's a big red flag for sure.

you are betting for it to reach rm9 which could earn you 0.50 but the risk is it could drop back to RM6 which is just 2 months ago. Your risk to reward is hoping to gain 0.50 but willing to lose 2.50. That is not a very good business proposition in anyway you look at it.

From half a year ago at RM 8 I was here, and actively said below RM 8 is good as BURSA slid to almost RM 7.... and I remember clearly you saying it will drop to RM 6. I enjoyed the rally all the way to RM 11 and I actively advised people NOT to chase above RM 10 as I said the risk is already very high. When it dropped to RM 8, you were talking trash once again, while I openly said I bought. It rallied to above RM 9 again after that. Whoever cannot make money despite all this, is it still my fault?
