NTA is not really am important yardstick to determine the price of a stock especially if it's an ongoing concern and the business is profitable. Just like a company with huge debt may not be bad as long as it can bring in sustainable income to service it's debt. In a simple sense people borrow money to operate business. So do not attach too much importance of NTA to stock valuation although it's only one of the criteria !

Do not argue too much. I think in the current environment those invested in plantations they do not lose too much neither they made lots of profits but take comfort that many naive investors are now crying, so it depends on your appetite.
