I'm trying to look at different perspective. Lets say a bungalow next door was selling for 1.9M few months back and can fetch a rental of 35k every month. Now price hv drop to 650k and assuming rental also drop half which is about 15k a month. Shouldn't now be more bargain? Trying hard to convince myself to buy some tomolo...hehe.

My friend told me his paper loss is 100+k. I think he either joined otb late last year or early this year. He is the late comer in the group. Otb might not loss but those late comer sure did.
