also, there is many mid & low cost high rise building that gomen is building. Drive thru KL and you will know what i mean. On top of that, with the mega project like the ECRL, tun razak exchange, PNB 118 on going and on top of that the forest city. Look at the below link the amount of high rise they are building. It is truly crazy. What is more crazy is the amount of unbuild land. That is means more high rise & mega structure will be built. Talk about opportunity ^_^

i also concur that unsold property should be developer problem. If one to die, developer will die 1st la. I don't think developer will stop constructing building or else they will eat poo poo le. I work in suburb and i see more property company building mixed property. I also dunno who gonna buy but it the housing is mushrooming like nobody business. With that.....hood more masteel ya

with the constant buying whenever there is a weakness, i din realise i accumulate substantial masteel shares. Of course the word "many" is very subjective. Example 100K unit can mean alot to someone but chicken feet to others. Masteel is the top 3 holding in my portfolio.....hehe

Hi Henly, yes, they become more environmentally conscious now. You are right as they are definitely shutting the mills or controlling the mills till the end of March for the upcoming golden week holiday ie; CNY. For the past few years, they have been accused of killing their own citizen because of the smog and pollution. This is definitely a good news for other steel company and hoping it will continue to get better with the removal of unfair pricing from China.

heard from BFM radio that China is continuing on their clear sky policy. That is why many analysts are monitoring the steel price because steel goes into many sectors and it is an indication how well the country economy is doing. Seems like they still shut down the mills and I think steel counter outside China will still have some room to run....

if masteel can reach RM2, it is good enuf for me le.....if 2.50, i not only laughing all the way to the bank, i be rolling all the way instead......rolling the cash.....lol
