I have been averaing down and not sure this is the right strategy. I'm applying the same method when i bought wa seong. Bought at 1.90 and it slide all the way down to 1.60. Finally average purchase price is 1.70+. Waited and it went back up to 1.90 and took profit. So now I' averaging down on mudajaya. It matter of time for good news to come and lift the price but i doubt it will go up to RM3.00.

wanted to add more at $1.69 but fail to get any. I belived next Q result will outperformed previous quarter.

It is indeed a fundamentally stong company but part of MFCB revenue is from power plant in China & Sabah. Both of the power plant contract end by 2017. Don't see any news on new business development to replenish this revenue.

there is news that tenaga signed power agreement with 1MDB and mitsui. I remember reading somewhere mudajaya is partner/consultant to mitsui in building power plant. if the true, mudajaya will benefit from this news.

Hi Calvintaneng, to be fair u also promoted all the way when it rise above 30c and promote heavily on cash distribution and promise it will go up to RM1 & etc etc. I believed many ppl get stuck. I'm fortunate that 1'm not 1 of them. If can say it is long term and 10 yrs but by then no 1 will remember. I just wanted to say good stock no need such heavy promotion. Bad stock is where ppl engaged all type of sales man to promote.

Ecoworld has been stealing all the lime light by having JV to bring development to pudu jail area and recently in penang. Spsetia on the other hand.......seem like just disappear from earth. No news at all.

Revenue has been growing every year. EPS has been increasing every year. High NTA & low debt. Profit margin drop a bit from year to year. Business model is good as involved in LED light. With more highway coming, will there be more opportunity. Also, LED light and transformer are consider consumable item. It is a recurring income after certain years.

if really the carpark is manage by WCT and even JV, WCT is really having a golden goose. I can verify the parking being utilise to max everyday. Mayb bcoz there is still alot of contractor working there and at the same time shopper and visitor. The contractor will not end so soon. Friend working there say it will be min 1 year+.

I wonder does KLIA2 parking is also manage by WCT? Anyone know. My friend work there as subcontrator. He mentioned that that parking are jam pack everyday.Hard to find a parking space. 1 hour is RM4 and sesequent hour is Rm3. No limit per day. He is paying on average Rm30-40. If parking is under WCT, then this is a huge recurring income.

Invest within your mean and if you think the stock is good, keep holding and buy more when it is down. It goes up, sell. If you think it is lousy stock, sell and don't look back.

Ah moi, I get your point and please also note that there is alot more people having the same thought when you complete your averaging down. There will be never ending as there will always people wish it go lower & some hope it really crash too. The cycle will never end......get it?

Eco world break RM5. I think Spsetia will break as well but 2.90.

When there is no news, it is time to accumulate. If the news are out, I don't think you be able to chase it and it is time to sell.

ah moi. I don't understand why need drop to average down. If you holding at hgh price, you can buy more to average down now. No need to wait for it drop further. I fully support mudajaya for share buyback. I do hold some mudajaya stk with average of 2.64. & i have average down to that price.

I went to paradigm mall in PJ recently. Not really a happening mall but 90% space rented. That what I notice. So i guess it is a fix rental income for WCT. Not sure about their other reits. Local fun and share buy back actively. I believed their KLIA 2 mall will do extremely well.

It is really a big disgrace n embarassment. Eco is target for rm8 while spsetia is 2.50? Eco has been making headlines with ne project but then spsetia dun even hv any news. Seem like they lost direction. Headles chicken or too many head with pea brain. Ppl seem to hv more confident in liew than GLC combine. Good company with average management=lousy company.

A giant like SpSetia can't match ecoworld? GLC and funds that have billion of capital can match 1 man. Speechless........Seem like spsetia really tumbling down.

hi wolf 1, i did not dump all my money in mudajaya. I still have 30% of cash and looking for some good stock to hold. Was wondering should I buy more as it has drop. But looking at allthe news and the future, seem like mudajaya got nothing interesting to offer. The India project keep on postponing and that don't seem like a good indicator.

In dilemma now. Should i be buying more, hold or dispose and look at other stk. When price is low, we should be buying more but I somehow have a feeling mudajaya is like a black hole. Am i confident to make 4% profit from this stk if I'm gonna use margin? Seriously I dunno.

if the india powerplant bcome white elephant, then mudajaya will be suffer. But again, even 1mdb wanted to get into india due to their hunger for electricity. There is definitely demand there as i know the electricity is not enough. I believed the power plant should take off.
