market down 12 point but no effect on ytlp. In fact, i think if the market down more, ytlp will be happier as they can buy more at lower price. Therefore, the warrant is well supported.

this will be a long term counter. Sg buloh area has been developing rapidly and yesterday news mention E&O wanted to buy or bought land from sime darby. The LRT route is also reaching there. Overall news is very good for MKland. Even if this company is not good but in 2 years time, selling their land will reap big profit. I will divert back my fund into this stock once my ytlp-wb reach the target and sell.

but really hope ytlp can stay above 1.80/81. If yes, then will be more upside.

hi nemesis, i sold off to swap to ytlp-wb because i thought it will rise faster. Limited capital anyway. if not mistaken this is 1 of the area that annouce by PM as development on the multimillion project. Those still holding, all the luck to you all & hope you all reap huge profit especially with the Umno election & budget coming up.

epf has done disposing? seem like ytlp not willing to buy at 1.80. then ytlp-wb will just stay flat now. Will monitor for few more days and see what happen.

hi nemesis, i really don't know the full news but RRI is the rubber research institute that is between sg buloh and kg subang. It used to be a reserve area but government has pledge it out for development. MKland has large portion land around that area as well. if indeed government is developing RRI, MKland is one of the beneficial. Just my guess as I'm no xpert. mayb u can read the new by below link. Abit outdated news.

Everyone banking on the RRI development where mkland has huge piece of land nearby. Too bad I sold and swap to ytlp-wb but still consider good coz ytlp-wb still not bad. If it cross 40c, then i will start bang ball :)

i think the physiological resistance it at 1.80. Not talking about TA as i know nuts about TA. Just that the last highest is 1.80 and everyone is talking about 1.80 all the time. If it break 1.81, it will bring more confidence and there will be a rush to jump in. Lets see by next week will the share buyback be 1.80/1.81.
