If Ageson sand mining project couldn't take off, what make you think vivocon sand project will be an exception ?. See Ageson sand project announced from May 2020 last year and JV with MBI and all the bla bla...and till now, not even a bottle of sand materialize.

Instant profit = RM76,000million. RM76 million - RM54 million ( cash paid for taking over Vivocom ) = RM22 million net profit. Who don't want to dump all the new vivocom shares subscribed at .35 immediately to get quick money ?. So the Proposed PP at .98 is just a ploy to make you guys hold unto your shares at .90 b4 the EGM approval for him to dump it later. Correct me if I am wrong.
