That is why I took position.....have been observing Nex Gram...do research....Right price and time to go in....Numbers don't lie...Only Bad rumours lie....

Single PE for Ace company is very very good.....

base on research.....Nexgram has very good fundamentals..Assets are located at prime locations...and value keep increasing...Strong balance sheet and P& L...NTA 0.13....I read somewhere in this forum that Nex Gram is on RHB watch list...

Next Qtr report will still show profit.

It is normal for any companies directors to sell their shares....business strategy purposes should not be a problem.

I took position in this company..I don't see anything negative.

How low can BJ Corp go? With the MOL issue .? Any idea? Will it affect other Vincent Tan counter?
