I think some mental model is taking effect here. Hopefully this is just me.

nstituitional buying from open market normally provides support to the share price rather than running up the share price. So don't expect a gap up following an instituitional buy-in unless a syndicate decides to ride on it. A syndicate normally will ride on it (if it so happen to be their chosen counter to play - coincidental) then the price may spike because the support is already provided by the Instituitional buying their stake.

Samuel, may i ask how to you differentiate whether the accumulation period is done by the institutional or syndicate?

hi Mr Chan, came across the chart yesterday(15/2/16) with shooting star formation with RSI at oversold territory and high V, was just thinking could there be short term downturn soon.

The price dropped the next day despite the market is quite bullish.

Sounds bit ma hou pao now but keen to hear more expert opinions from you.

It is that KYY still intends to play within the universe he is already familiar . You have to sell to take advantage of market movements. IF you don't sell, you cannot take advantage of your temporary bearishness. But successful people always prefers to play within the universe they already familiar with...........I notice a lot of newbies jump here jump always looking for the next miracle.

---> if you ignore the noises, why/how you gonna lock the profit since you know that drop of the price is just temporary and swinging of the markets are just due to others's emotion. first they deny, den comes the capitulation.
