skpetro is a very good counter for long term. but I think the price now is still high. I prefer wait it drop until rm3.7.to rm3.8.

MK land is a undervalue counter, based on it eps and NTA value. The problem is shareholder Mr.Kasi keep dumping share. If you are a long term player, you are highly recommend to hold this stock as I believe it will slowly reach 0.60 sen by this year end. ( if world market is stable)
