My sincere advice is you guy need to act faster the following step to return AT company financial :

1) Write a letter to the FINTEC , the only major shareholders ( holding more than 15 percent) immediately appoint DIRECTOR to the Board of Director to monitor and overcome company. Recently there was no representative of FINTEC in the board of director , so nobody care about the employ MD Choong LA and Mak SW doing things. Because both of them are not the shareholder of the company and Mr Choong Lee Aun more terrible taking salary RM 454k + RM 102 = RM526k per year , while Mr Mak Siew Wei taking salary RM 95 +Rm75 = RM170 . Since this company did not have the real boss come to take action on them. The working culture and environment AT all practise LAZY , no initiative , don't care , nobody business altitude.

2) Write a letter to Minority Shareholders Watch Group (MSWG) seek their professional advice on how to lay off the existing MD Choong LA and employ a new capable MD which represent and really caring about the prospect of the AT. My advice is the whole 5 person of director need to change off immediately. All the directors staying in AT only take GAJI BUTA , SLEEPING.

3) Revalue the property and equipment immediately and try to unload those idle equipments.

4) Reshuffle the organization and lay off all the non perform staff.

5) Employ more marketing staffs to penetrate the market and optimum the factory equipment usage efficiency . Dispose all the idle equipments.
