The share buy back of 1,039,300 in a day really caught me by surprise, more so after 1Q results were released yesterday. They are telling the market that at current price, the stock is grossly undervalued.

Company bought back 1,039,300 shares from 2.32-2.35 on 24th, 2 days before the release of the 1Q results.

It's a significant amount of shares bought back. It is the first ever share buy back thus far. The management surely thought it was undervalued at 2.35 though they already knew the 1Q results and the future of the company as Insiders.

In a economic slow down, consumers will cut spending on unnecessary items.. Unfortunately, I think digital speakers fall under this category..

This Q, the revenue is a disaster. Revenue lost from Wistron was not replaced with non-Wistron revenue which also came down significantly even after adjustment for forex effects.

Top line is far more important than the bottom line. Inventory is also down not speaking well for future revenues..

Revenue down and related party sales from wistron also down... Be careful if this is the beginning of a downturn in the business..

Since early February, already pushed up and selling everyday from there.. Later a false breakout of the pennant to 3.6 9 and selling from there again...

People in the know sold ahead of the disappointing results...

Fears of hawkish FED further interest hikes and inflation... People took profits.. Let's see if prematurely..
