The operators/buyers try very hard to suppress the price meanwhile accumulating...

So many broker houses give a fair value of around RM6. It might exceed... Those IBs later will revise upward their TP.

Already corrected yesterday and day b4..

It was whacked down from 5.30 to 5.190, 2 days ago in the afternoon until some strong buyers emerged to buy it up to 5.24 late towards the close, and at close, bought another 2million+ @5.26.... yesterday it was whacked down from 5.26 to 5.20 and about 6 miilion+ done @5.20... some 2million seemed like a cross over in the market at around 4.40pm, 4 millions done at the closing...

Earlier about 2 weeks ago, it was whacked down from 5.19 to 5.00 level, the surge above 5.19 last Tuesday, forming a Cup and Handle Chart Pattern!

More shows will be unfolded...

Duke 1&2. sold 40% to EPF for Rm1.13 Billion in 2016 and guaranteed an IRR of 10%... means by 2018, Duke 1&2, EPF portion should worth RM1.36 Billion and Ekovest's 60%, Rm2.05 Billion...

Teguh, how do you arrive at the equity? Just follow the financial report NTA ? Don't you evaluate the worth of Duke 1&2 ? Duke 3?

without the offer from Ekovest, Iwcity share price would have dropped further... hehehe...though its future is promising... If the Ekovest offer is rejected by the minority shareholders, Ekovest share price will fly and that of Iwcity will drop... hehehe

The longer term downtrend line from March 2017 @1.50 to end of Dec 2017 was broken on 5th Jan 2018 by the up move from 0.92 to 1.18 at the beginning of this month. The current correction from 1.18 is forming a flag and is testing support @1.05, 50% Fibonacci retracement of the rise from 92 to 118, and the support of the downtrend line...It is consolidating....

It is neutral. Let's see how it unfolds..
