To my understanding, the cleaning is not due to the listing of the Medical units, the impairment is to clean the book by the new appointed MD.. This is common practise for new management to clean the book when taking over the company. The listing of the Medical unit will definitely boost the value of the company. The medical stock in KLSE fetch a very high P/E... It is good time to buy when they are cleaning the book,,,ADVISE BUY..

Since the mother hit 2.11 and WE hit 40sen on 5/4/2017, the 'early investors" who had accumulated at below 20sen had started to unload and take money off the table.. Making 100% profit.. Now the WE have lost momentum and the BIG players have off the table, the retailers are not willing to buy WE at higer than 0.40sen which seem to be peak and risky at the moment.. Addition, the mother are pending an dividend, the mother will go ex after that. More, the mother share have been running up lot, which will be due for correction, then WE will be corrected sharply.. . Compared the upside and low side.. WE seen not a good bet at the moment..

Very good buy, After RI, the stock is in net cash position, In KLSE now, you can hardly find a property stock below NTA of RM0.37 and cash per share of almost RM0.20 and pending div of RM0.02.. Based on my analysis, the Land injected by MAYLAND are located in good location which can be launched anytime.. IF investors have read through the history from day one how mayland become the shareholder in L&G, you will find out the main reasons Mayland is doing this restructuring... and WHy the share price is at the SO SO SO depressed level, taking note that it is not due to Fundamental of the company,,,

Hgn33.. good reserach and sharing... Fundmentally, the company Balance is so strong and healthy with Cash in hand of RM480mil and debt of RM70+mil... U Can't really find a company in KLSE with net Cash per share higher than the mother share.. Inddition, this is true "Based on GDV about RM 4 billion and cost of development about 2.1 billion, it will pocket gross profit about RM 1.9 billion or about EPS 100 sen per share over next 8-9 year development compared to price investor need to invest in current depress price." Based on my study, the LANDS injected are mostly located in the GOOD location... There are more reasons for MAYLAND to do this exercise.....

ASK these parties involved: Share registrar, Investment Banker and Company's Financial controller.. U sure got your 100% sure answer.. DON"T guess in share market ..JUSTIFICATIONS..

Based on the data, The appetite is very strong at PP price at RM1.77 or below RM2.00,, BUT, I dont see there is any risk appetite for balance trance PP at Above M2.20.. The stock price has been approaching the fair value for the past month.. The only re rating catalyst is the "de gearing " exercise... Advise: Take profit off table and Avoid at the moement...

FYI, according to PP booking information, strike price is RM1.77, deal size is 80% of 150mil.. Top 10 accounts taking up the 80%. I dont see any reason the next PP will be fixed at RM2.20 and above,,,I dont see any more INVESTORS will take up the next PP at RM2.20 if they can book the current trance at RM1.77 or more... The current PP suppose to be RM150mil shares, but the taking up is only Rm100mil+...So, Based on the data,,, Make your own judgement.. Do ur research and make jusdgement...
