Well, That is all "PUBLIC INFORMATION", everyone in the stock markets knew this. Analyse & research yourself to find out more to get information on the fundamental and value of the stock. According to market study, Most ppl investing in market by reading the "public information" can only make "normal profit", ppl who can analyse and study the market ahead of public news tend to hit super profit...

In fact, value investors don't really care what is the price today or tomorrow... We are targeting the price in mid term, half to a year time....

Accumulating on weakness,,, I always believe that if most ppl selling, then it is time to accumulating quality stocks... I am observing big fish have been accumulating for past months...

If u read the PH gov announcement lately, the "bad news" will be announcing till 100days, there after, good news will be flowing in till budget day on 2/11/2018. Market sentiment has changed & turn positive this weeks. Don't just look at day to days share price, i strongly see the price will trading upwards now.

I see very good value & strong fundamental stocks.. Some good news are coming soon that will reflect the true value of the stocks. Downside is limited, price drop few cents when bad new announced, price jumps strongly whenever there is good news.. By looking at the Balance sheet, it is good bet for mid term..

The worst is over for construction stock, Those they buy cheap should keep for short term. If u can observe in the stock movement for construction stock, price tend to drop bit, price rebound strongly whenever there is good news.... More good news coming.

With all contracts being reviewed coming months, there is only negative news, nothing much on good news.. It will be good to buy coming months....

It is very clear that the stock have been trending down since hitting rm2.45 months ago.. Somethings negative may be coming ... Still not the time to buy,,, Avoid at the moment...

FYI,,, As at 31, March 2017, cash RM390mil exclude the RI cash surplus after paying off land purchase and div.. U can see the cash holding should be about RM500mil in the coming QR..

of 46 storeys and a total of 1,012 units, 5) Seresta at Bandar Sri Damansara (Phase 2 of Damansara Foresta)The Seresta project comprises two towers with a total of 452 units, 6) Finally, the kerling project, Ladang Sg Jernih, Kerling (Proposed Township at Mukim Kerling)This project is a 2,500 acres township development located in Mukim Kerling, the cost of this land is only RM0.40 psf... It is very good prospect in coming future..In addition of the above lands, the company is sitting with CASH of RM500++ mils!!!!

The New owner Don't hold any Warrants.. This seem uncomfortable for investors to hold any warrants until the corporate exercise is announced...

The most important Factor in WCT still not solved, Cash flow and gearing.. This TRX job RM860mil is set off by LAND... I will drain up WCT cash more if this main issue not solved. The management have been talking for years to solve this... Just hope WCt dont drop a BOMB (in MRCB's case of Right Issue) to slove this cash and gearing problem,, From the recent price's trend, the coming corporate exercise might not be Positive, especially to Warrant holders.. Most investor prefer to wait and see...

In the short term and during this Quite market, Warrants are very hard to move up.. They will attract some selling when the warrants bounce....

This stock is a safe heaven, company is giving 2 sen per year.. The share will spike soon after the consolidation mode now. Big players are accumulating now...

I have checked with the land purchased, mostly in the klang vallley and all are ready for development. Fundamentally, company in net cash position of RM500mil+.. Almost no gearing. It is a very safe heaven stock. Once market sentiment getting better, this is one of GEM stock to buy. FYI, L&G is chosen among the 1st 100 stock under the mid and small cap research scheme (MidS) by BURSA.

Fundamentally this is one of the most under valued property stock... The value will emerge moving forward with the coming launches... In KLSE, U will unlikely to find a stock with cash per share almost trading at the share price and yet almost zero gearing .. Downside is so limited...

After the RI, Cash per share is about RM21+ sen with no gearing... I dont see there is spike in QR as the property market has been soft for past 2 years,,, The result will be improving going forward with the coming launching... It is good to accumulate at the current level,,,

As an valued investor, i would prefer to find another deep under valued stock with limited downside risk...

Investors all have Different strategy... Good or bad.. weighting your upside gain and downside risk.. When WCT was 1.50 to 1.80+ i can say is very good bed with more upside than down side... WCT at 2.10.. so so so ??
