Receiving RM2.4bil from GOV, it is obviuos that MRCB is now in a strong & clean balance sheet to tender for ALL gov jobs in future.

As u see in the past, MNRB tend to give out more than 50% earning as dividend. Amanah unit trust is major shareholder who need high dividend. When everything is on track, dividend policy will be here again,,, ...

From the past dealing with Gov, MRCB is in good relationship with PH GOV. As a GLC, Fundamentally, it is very strong.

Fundamentally, this stock will be very strong, it will be likely be another gaint...

Even the news was announced on budget, the completion of the disposal will have material impact on earnings, so, if it is related to the disposal, it is very positive news.. Gearibg will drop by Rm1.0 bil + and cash increase also.. Another deal pending with gov is the Bukit Jalil land disposal worth RM1.1bil... Keep an eye on this stock.

Very good news if it is disposal EDL, which will drastically lower the gearing. I can see the MRCB will be the next construction gaint under HP gov when the new project kick off coming year. U can see that the PH gov is favor MRCB in the LRT job.. By de gearing exercise, MRCB is expecting to turn into net cash company!!! In KLSE, where can u find a huge construction company like MRCB in net cash position. Life insurance is more stable & low risk than general insurance. I think MNRB is the only Malaysia Reinsurace lisenced by BMN, if I m not wrong. Insurance industry in Malaysia is highly regulated, & stable business with constant dividend. I didn’t see any life insurance making bankrupt in Malaysia so far...

As for the doubtful exp, i noticed that the management exp was in the book long long time ago, more than 10 yrs even before 1MDB, so i presume that this was nothing link to 1MDB. But, there is trending up of the management fees over the times from over 30+ mil to 60 mil per Quarter, can that be due to some political appointees or more spending by management??, it is too early to tell as we are still gathering more information to make finally decision..
