Share distrubution and selling... Advise: Take profit and avoid at the MONENT...It is obvious that they are pushing up the mother to unload warrant.. These few days, the mother up almost 10%, but the WE still stay at price 0.375 on 30/3/2017 closing price.. This wave is seem to end soon..

martinbartesque.. Just sharing with you, technically analysis (TA) has some weakness and short comings. TA is not applicable in stocks with low liquidity stocks which can be easily manipulated and controlled.. TA is only well applicable in stocks when there are huge liquidity and NO a single group can control the movement of the stocks... FOR WCT, i am doubt TA is useful, maybe it can be used as a guide. When WCT-WE move to high of 0.375 (up87%), TA show bullish signal. The big GUYS are starting to distribute and unload... MAKING ton of profit... JUST SHARING...

Since the WCT-WE price spike from 0.20 to 0.375, up about 87%... There are some distribution at the the high since last fri. MAYBE it is advisable to take some profit. ADVISE to take profit and wait...

Market is moving into bull after KLSE had been down for past 3 years.. Foreign funds are starting to pour in, KLSE volume is surging.. Take the opportunity to buy on weakness.

After 2 days of consolidation from 0.35++, WCT- WE at 0.29 and mother 1.86 is not expensive at premium of 26% with long expiry at 2020 and is trading at very high gearing of 6.4 times.. With the restructuring plan coming out soon, i see WCT-WE is good value as a proxy to WCT mother...BUY ON WEAKNESS...

Justification: Fair value of warrant = Intrinsic value + time value and taking into consideration of premium and gearing. 1) Good time value with long expiry date 2020, 2) high gearing of 5.9 times 3)low premium at 27%.. So WCT-WE at 0.32 is not expensive with the restructuring plan coming soon.. KEEP and BUy on weakness...

In theory, the price of WCT-WE (long expiry date year 2020) is not expensive at 0.32, in fact, there is still huge upside to catch up with the fair value with premium of 30 to 40%...

Personally, WCT- WE at 0.32 and mother 1.89.. WCT-WE is not expensive at premium of 27% with long expiry at year 2020. In addition, WCT-WE is trading at high gearing of 5.9 times.. With the restructuring plan coming out soon, expecting premium can easily go up to 30% to 40 %... I see WCT-WE is too under value and cheap in the past.. The price spike these days is catching up to fair value... HOLD ON and BUY ON WEAKNESS...

I see u have done ur research___ I think TSDL bought WCT at a premium from WCT MD and now is the largest shareholder can consolidate the businesses under WCT with Malton (for Property Development arm), WCT malls to (PavReit) and retain WCT holding company as a pure construction player. This is my humble 2 cents.. Dont quote me if wrong!

If u are doing your own research and the history of the cases, WCT infact was awarded RM1.4 bil on July 2015 when it won the arbitration proceeding against meydan.. So This case will not have any impact on WCT... WCT will be claiming the RM1.4bil in the coming years... BUY on WEAKNESS>>>>

Anywhere, WCT has won a case for RM1.2BIL+ on 2015..The claim $$$ is still pending. This is another dispute case brought by the sub-con.. which may not have any impact on WCT... There are some big guys big buying/accumulation on WCT shares.. Based on price movement, there are buying interest coming in whenever there was negative news announced. e.g. PP and nagative QR announcement.. AGAIN.... BUY on weakness....

Based on my research, Anywhere, WCT is a good counter for value investment.. There is corporate exercise to unlock the value.. RM2.80 is within reach when the value emerge.. 1) PP is coming soon with a very strong strategic partner, 2) Disposals of mall worth RM1.2bil is under negotiation.. BUY on weakness.. WCT-WE is very good buy...

Every target price must be justified, e.g. 2.80.. Do your own research.. DONT simply listen ... Investors just like to simply talk...
