From prospectus, this looks like a good company on the surface. They have a tough time ahead with all the inflation and market volatility but if they manage to brave throught it and stay afloat, definitely will be a strong player.

it is good time to DCA stock with good fundamental like pbb.

A lot of reshuffling and resignation among the board members. Does not instill confidence in the company.
