My analysis : so long as USD:RM maintain above 4.30 throughout 2017, FL will easily recording net profit of exceeding RM30m or EPS of more than 30 sen in FY2017, with the assumption that revenue remain the same as FY2016. What happen if there is a growth of 10% in revenue ?

USD:RM were around 4.00 in Q2 and Q3. As all sales are in USD, increase in USD by 10% in Q4 will bring in additional 10% revenue in Ringgit. There is no additional cost to this additional revenue. In other words, this is PURE profit !

Q3 results satisfactory. Declared 2nd interim dividend of 1.30 sen. Assuming another 2 interim dividend of 1.30 sen each, FY2016 total dividend will be 5.2 sen. Based on the extrporate FY2016 EPS of 15.1 sen, DY is 3.44%.

Refer to Q1FY2017 results, Apollo has free cash flow of around RM10m per quarter or RM40m a year. After paying annual dividend of RM0.30 per share or RM24m a year, the net cash will increase by approximately RM16m a year, a very prudent computation.

I have reviewed the founders' family shareholding through the annual reports of 2015 and 2016 and I noted that Lin family and Yang family have indeed increased their shareholding from 31.3.2015 to 31.3.2016.

REVENUE
Since listed on 28 April 2011, FL has grown its revenue from RM122.2m in FY2011 to RM132.8m in FY2012, RM147.2m in FY2013, RM150.4m in FY2014 & RM180.7m in FY2015. If we ignore FY2015 where a substantial of its growth could be derived from stronger USD, FL has in fact registered 23% growth in revenue in 3 years time from FY2011 to FY2014.

DIVIDEND
Since listed, FL has paid 6 sen dividend each for FY2011 & FY2012, 8 sen for FY2013 & FY2014, and 15 sen in FY2015.

Focus Lumber is a good company, a dividend gem, growing slow and steady. Don't need to argue or to follow Mr A or Mr B.
