So far I noticed that the shareholders/directors r accumulating shares only at the moment to support their company which is good for the company. Trade at own risk

CityTrader, the price they fixed for their issuance of their company's shares is at 34 sen as part payment n the balance is by cash for the proposed purchase of the new company which happened to be the same as ur first TP of 34 sen n I think they will have to push the price of this counter to at least that price. This is my opinion only. Trade at own risk.

It's only a voluntary winding-up of a subsidiary that is no more beneficial to the company.........very normal, just close down.
